Regional Foreman
Job Title: Regional Foreman – Track Construction (CTW)
Location: Grand Forks, ND

We’re hiring a Regional Foreman to lead and manage track maintenance and construction projects throughout the region. This position plays a key role in ensuring quality, safety, and crew performance on railroad infrastructure jobs.

Your Impact:
- Lead a track crew on maintenance and construction projects
- Coordinate emergency repairs and develop safety action plans
- Conduct daily job briefings, ensure safety and work quality
- Communicate with customers and ensure high satisfaction
- Maintain track inspection records and documentation
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of track maintenance experience
- Proven leadership skills in a construction or rail environment
- Knowledge of GCOR, FRA, and safety compliance
- Ability to perform and lead in hands-on, outdoor, and physically demanding conditions
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
